WE HOPE YOU LOVE WHAT YOU ORDERED. BUT IN CASE YOU DON'T—PERHAPS IT'S A LITTLE TOO BIG OR THE STYLE JUST ISN'T YOU—WE'LL SEND YOU A NEW SIZE, COLOR, OR STYLE, OR ISSUE YOU A QUICK REFUND.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange or refund any item within 30 days of the purchase date provided it is in the original condition. We cannot accept for return any item that shows signs of wear, except in cases of manufacturer’s defects. You may return the merchandise to any Garnet & Gold store location. Or return to us via our easy prepaid USPS return shipping label for $3.99, which will be deducted from your credit.  

Visit our Returns Portal

  1. Enter the Order Number and the order's ship-to Postal Code.
  2. Click the Look Up Order button.
    The next screen will display the order information and each item in the order.
  3. Select the Quantity of each item to return and the Reason for the return.
  4. Click the Submit Request button.
    The next (and final) page shows the return has been authorized.
  5. Click the Print Return Label button.
You can also choose to ship the return using your preferred carrier at you own expense. Simply fill out the enclosed Return Form from your package contents or make notes on a copy of your invoice and include the following information:

 

• Full Name
• Phone Number used when placing order
• Invoice Number
• Daytime phone number and best time to contact you should we have any questions
• Brief reason for return

  1. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed Return form or Invoice copy.

  2. Ship It – Please note that return freight must be prepaid.

For your protection, return the product insured via United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Mail. Purchaser is responsible for additional shipping charges on exchanges and returns. Please do not send items C.O.D., they will not be accepted.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 7-10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.


NOTE: Unfortunately, we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Also, we don’t refund original shipping and handling charges unless the return is a result of our error.
