Orders are charged at the time of order placement. Due to the overwhelming amount of orders received during the season and holidays, our inventory system and our manufacturers may have trouble keeping up with demand. In some cases we may be unable to ship your entire order immediately due to sold out or back ordered items. If this is the case, you will receive an email prior to the package shipment or a notification with your package. We will happily substitute alternate items, honoring any promotions applied to the original order.
