Garnet & Gold is firmly committed to helping protect the health and safety of our customers and employees, and to serving our community.  We are closely monitoring the changing situation, and complying with Public Health guidance.  As we re-opened our doors to our local community, we implemented a few new experience guidelines with your and our team's safety in mind.  Following U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance, face coverings are now optional for fully vaccinated individuals inside our stores unless required by a state or local order or ordinance.  We will not require proof of vaccination, except where required by law, but we ask for customers’ responsible and respectful cooperation with this revised policy.  


We're frequently sanitizing surfaces, products, and door handles. We're equipped with plenty of hand sanitizer for your use, too!


We're pleased to continue to offer the following services in our stores:

Gear 2 Go! Order online and choose 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout. Get a notification when your order is 'Shipped'.  A Store Associate will call to let you know the order is ready at the selected store.  Often our inventory is spread among our warehouse and 3 Tallahassee locations.  If all items are not immediately available at the chosen location, there may be a delay in processing and completing the order.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  We do make several runs daily between locations and we will do our best to fulfill the order in a timely manner.  Once notified, you can pick up items at your selected store with a valid ID.  There is a 7-day limit for In-Store Pickup orders and you will have 7 days from the date your order was placed to pick up your items in-store. Orders not picked up within 7 days will be canceled and returned to stock.
